Stay in touch with your CCP Advisor each semester. We are here to help! Share with us your interests, priorities, and college/career considerations. This allows us to understand where you want to go, so that we can help you use the tools available at NCSC to help get you there. With us, you can ask questions, discuss needs, map your path, select courses and register. We can’t wait to meet you!
When can CCP Students register for classes each term?
- SUMMER COURSES – In MARCH, plan with your advisor so in April you can register for SU courses.
- FALL COURSES – In MARCH, plan with your advisor so in April you can register for FA courses.
- SPRING COURSES – In OCTOBER, plan with your advisor so in November you can register for SP courses.
FIRST TERM IN CCP? Complete these steps in order.
- Complete CCP Orientation, then send an appointment request here.
- Meet with a CCP Advisor (see below) – Review questions from orientation, discuss your commitments outside CCP, and build your 1st term course plan.
- *Advisor approval is required each term to register for the next.
- *A courses can fill up and close. Until you have registered for it, you do not have a seat in the course.
- Once your registration window opens, you must return to MyNC, to complete your course registration:
- Select the section for your approved course. (what meeting time/days, online or on-campus, etc.)
- Finalize your term schedule by selecting ‘Register’ for each course.

- CURRENT CCP Students, contact your CCP Advisor to discuss your pathway plan and get approval to register.

- Advisor check-in to review progress and approval to register for your next courses
