Filing a Complaint
The Complaint/Issue form for NCSC Students, Employees, and Concerned Community Members, can be used for all internal issues.
Title IV complaints (those that involve discrimination and/or sexual harassment) can be submitted through the above internal complaint system. This system will guide you to the phone numbers to call immediately if your complaint falls within that category. Please also see the phone numbers on the left side of this page.
Please note, students, employees, and community members all have the right to have their issues resolved in a timely manner. The Ohio Department of Higher Education and Higher Learning Commission are the entities which afford North Central State College the authority to operate as an accredited institution, in the State of Ohio.
Most issues can be resolved internally. However, there are times a student may feel the need to contact our accreditors. Please feel free to follow the links below and each entity will provide you with the parameters for filing a complaint.
