NCSC CCP SharePoint Request

School counselors and administrators who wish to have access to their school-specific CCP data on NCSC’s SharePoint can complete the form below to request access. Having access to SharePoint will provide you with information regarding CCP student application information, enrollment reports, and grade data.

All SharePoint requests will be submitted to NCSC’s IT team, and you will receive your SharePoint credentials directly from an IT staff member. SharePoint access can be obtained by a school counselor or administrator that works directly with the CCP students in your building and would need to have direct access to this specific data.

*SharePoint credentials are not to be shared. If more than one district staff member needs access, please have each staff member complete a separate request form to obtain individual credentials.
