NCSC CCP Accuplacer Proctor Credential Request

School counselors and administrators who wish to have access to proctor NCSC Accuplacer exams for their students can complete the form below.

All Accuplacer proctor credential requests will be submitted to both NCSC’s CCP and Testing departments. A staff member will contact you shortly after receiving the request form with important information.

*Accuplacer credentials cannot be shared. If more than one district staff member needs access, please have each staff member complete a separate request form to obtain individual credentials. Sharing proctor credentials is in direct violation of CollegeBoard.
