Students desiring to apply their fall 2022 term award must submit this form by August 15, 2022. Otherwise, the college will mail them a check for the amount.

The college will directly refund excess awards should a student opt-in, but then not re-enroll for a future term.

Opt-in to Apply Coronavirus Relief to my account (Fall 2022)

This form is to be used by students who wish to apply the student's eligible funds from the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA) to their student account.
