Mindful Based Stress Reduction

An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Monday, repeating until March 29, 2021
Each 30-minute class will be slightly different as we practice different mind-body meditative practices and principles to help you draw upon your inner resources for greater health, balance, and peace of mind. You will need a yoga mat, water, and a journal for this class taught by Lisa McManes. Join this virtual class here.
