Fitness Class – POUND® Rockout Workout

FreePOUND® uses lightly weighted drumsticks called RIPSTIX to create resistance as you drum along to the beat of different music genres. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. You will need a yoga mat and water. The instructor for this class is Lisa McManes. Register for the class here. Once you have registered the class ZOOM link will be sent to you. The class is free and open to all current Ohio State Mansfield and NC State students, faculty, and staff with a campus ID.
