Deposit

To secure a reservation, a deposit of 50% is required with the signed Facility Rental Agreement. The balance of the rental agreement shall be due 14 business days prior to the event. Additional charges may be billed after the event for additional security, above normal cleanup efforts, use of audio-visual equipment, damages or other costs determined to be beyond the scope of the original contract.
