ATI TEAS

To register for an ATI TEAS date:

• Fill out one of the following forms:
  • March-April Form
  • May-June Form
• Email your completed form with your name and phone number to the Cashier’s Office at cashier@ncstatecollege.edu.
• The Cashier’s Office will then call you once your form has been received to make your payment over the phone ($75.00).
• Your registration is not complete until your payment has been successfully processed.
• Or present your completed form in-person (Monday-Thursday) at the Cashier’s window (in Byron Kee Center) with your payment.

NOTE:  The Testing Center has moved to the upper level of the Fallerius Center in Room 124, just around the corner from the Tutoring Center.
