Complaints, Concerns and Compliments

North Central State College seeks to afford every student a successful and positive educational experience. To this end, NCSC maintains systems and procedures to address and resolve student/employee and community concerns.

In many cases academic or grade disputes or concerns are handled in the appropriate division or department. However, there are times when  an issue cannot be resolved informally.   That is what this system is for

General Complaint or Concern Concerns regarding student or community member experience
Academic Concerns Academic matters except those pertaining to final grades
Dispute a Final Grade Concerns regarding a final grade in a course
Title IX Sexual harassment, gender discrimination or assault
ADA/504 Grievance Discrimination based on disability
