You can use the positive and negative habit tracker to maintain your good habits, and break those that are counterproductive. There is a “Get Grounded” page, which contains over 100 different questions to pinpoint what you’re feeling, and the “Thinking Patterns” page, which teaches you how to stop negative internal monologues. Being active is critical to stress management, listed below are some businesses that are offering livestreamed classes for free during the quarantine.

REVIVE Yoga (located in Vestal, NY) is holding classes on Facebook Live. These classes have a suggested donation minimum of $1, but no donation is required, so if money is tight, this is a great way to adhere to quarantine and still be physically active. The videos are uploaded to their Facebook page after the fact and can be watched on your own schedule.

METTS Dance A studio (located in Buffalo, NY) is holding free classes with Facebook Live. They post their class schedule every Monday.
