We’re excited that you’re considering NCSC! Your direct admission offer means you’ve already taken an important step toward college. Now, it’s time to prepare for your first semester.

Here’s How to Get Started

Step 1: Claim Your Spot

• Select North Central State College through the Ohio Direct Admission portal to begin your enrollment process.

Step 2: Complete Your FREE NCSC Application

• Complete the free North Central State College admissions application to get started. There is no application fee.

Step 3: Explore Financial Aid and Scholarships

• Complete the FAFSA (school code 005313) and explore scholarship opportunities. If you’ve earned College Credit Plus or career-technical credits, ask about your eligibility for the Tuition Freedom Scholarship.

Step 4: Submit Your Transcript

• Arrange for your official final high school transcript to be sent to NCSC after graduation. If you’ve earned college credits at another institution, ask how to submit those transcripts as well.

Step 5: Connect with Admissions

• Our Admissions team will help you understand any remaining enrollment requirements and schedule an academic advising appointment.

Step 6: Prepare for Your First Semester

• Work with your academic advisor to select your courses and complete registration.

Ohio Direct Admission helps eligible Ohio students receive admission offers from participating colleges and universities without applying. Eligibility is determined using academic information already available through their high school.
