Katie has performed at over 400 college campuses\, is a member of the National Poetry Slam Championship team\, and a finalist at the Women of the World Poetry Slam. She is a loud advocate for trans rights\, feminism\, and mental health awareness. Never afraid of difficult truths\, her show is one part pride parade\, one part therapy session\, one part rally cry\, and a million parts healing. Free food for all who attend.

Her specialization is in LGBTQ Couple and Family Therapy which is inclusive of Polyamorous and other forms of ethical non-monogamous relationships. In addition to having a professional life in Polyamory\, she has personally identified as polyamorous for over seven years. Kira has given numerous presentations on Polyamory at both the collegiate level and at sex positive and informative public events for the past six years such as UC Irvine Human Sexuality classes\, Ohio State University Campus Events\, and San Diego PRIDE to name a few.”
