SUMMARY:Richland County Nonprofit Showcase
DESCRIPTION:Students\, faculty\, and staff are encouraged to attend this community event designed to encourage people to contribute to local nonprofits they care about through a single giving platform/website. The Richland County Foundation sponsors the day to build capacity\, grow philanthropy\, and make the community stronger. The event allows local organizations to raise funds and awareness as well as cultivate new donors and reinvigorate lapsed donors. Each organization will have an individualized web page to promote its cause. Students attending the event will have a chance to win fabulous prizes by visiting nonprofit organizations during the showcase to learn about their mission as well as to volunteer\, internship and career opportunities.
