SUMMARY:Fitness Class - Mobility for Life
DESCRIPTION:This class will each you how to use a foam roller to release those tight places in your body that are causing you discomfort. It will also teach you how to go beyond stretching by relaxing joints\, not just muscle. You will need a foam roller for this class. The instructor is Reneta Music. Register for the class here. Once you have registered\, you will receive the ZOOM link for the class. Classes are held Thursdays\, September 17 through November 19. The class is free and open to all current Ohio State Mansfield and NC State students\, faculty\, and staff with a valid campus ID. \nIf you require an accommodation such as live captioning or interpretation to fully participate in this event\, please contact Doug Heestand at dheestand@ncstatecollege.edu or 419-755-4727.
