SUMMARY:Fitness Class - Karate
DESCRIPTION:This virtual adult karate class is designed to lead you to a first degree black belt or just provide you with self improvement. It will focus on the basics of karate with a large emphasis on life protection You will become stronger\, more confident\, disciplined\, and your coordination will improve. This is free for Ohio State Mansfield\, NC State\,students\, faculty and staff with a valid campus ID. Your instructor is Reneta Music. To register\, go to go.osu.edu/mansfieldKARATE. Once registered\, you will receive the ZOOM link for classes. Dates for classes are Tuesdays.
