ATI TEAS

To register for an TEAS date:

• Fill out one of the following forms:
  • September 2023 Form
  • October-November 2023 Form
  • December 2023 Form
• Email your completed form with your name and phone number to the Cashier’s Office at cashier@ncstatecollege.edu
• The Cashier’s Office will then call you once your form has been received to make your payment over the phone ($75.00)
• Your registration is not complete until your payment has been successfully processed
