ATI TEAS

To register for a May or June TEAS date:

• Fill out the May – June 2023 TEAS Registration Form
• Email your completed form with your name and phone number to the Cashier’s Office at cashier@ncstatecollege.edu
• The Cashier’s Office will then call you once your form has been received to make your payment over the phone ($75.00)
• Your registration is not complete until your payment has been successfully processed
