ATI TEAS

To register for an ATI TEAS date:

• Fill out one of the following forms:
  • SEPT – OCT Registration Form
• Email your completed form with your name and phone number to the Cashier’s Office at cashier@ncstatecollege.edu.
• The Cashier’s Office will then call you once your form has been received to make your payment over the phone ($75.00).
• Your registration is not complete until your payment has been successfully processed.
• Create an account with ATI at https://student.atitesting.com/createaccount and choose North Central State College ADN as your school

NOTE:  The Testing Center has moved to Health Science Center, Room 245B (the second floor computer lab).
