Adjunct Service Requests

NC State Facilities

NC State College’s Facilities department strives to provide a safe and secure learning and work environment for students, staff, faculty and visitors. Our coverage area includes Main Campus, The Kehoe Center and the Urban Center.

Services provided are:

• Custodial services for all NCSC buildings
• Duplicating services
• Equipment and office moves
• Fleet car/van services
• Grounds service for Kehoe
• Key request for offices/classrooms, master keys and building key cards
• Mailroom services
• Maintenance - Main Campus, Kehoe Center & Urban Center
• Shipping and receiving services

The Facilities manager also works closely with NC State College in coordinating efforts regarding renovations and capital improvement projects on our campus.

College Fleet Cars

College owned fleet vehicles are available for college business only. Every effort will be made to accommodate vehicle needs of the campus community. Reservations are made on the date the request is received and is on a first-come first-served basis. At this time we have (2) fleet cars available for use. Identified as BL-11 and SL-10. 

To schedule a fleet car:

1. Make sure you have a current approved Driving History Questionnaire Form 17-411b on file with Facilities. This form is good for two years.
2. Check the Car Calendar for availability.
3. Fill out the  Travel Request Authorization form 17-261a and submit to your supervisor for approval. 
4. Open a ticket through My Services for the Car Request Service Desk.
5. You will be notified upon approval.
